TYMO provides a trackable shipping service for all purchases. We offer free standard shipping within the United States territory for all orders worth $69.99 and above. Our standard shipping timeframe for US orders is 5-10 business days. The shipping timeframe for international orders (non-US) is 10-20 business days. All shipping times are estimates and can vary, particularly during holidays. *Please be aware of that TYMO can not ship to an address of P.O. Box.

TYMO offers a 30-day unconditional return policy. Within 30 days since your purchase, TYMO will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Thus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
