Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 11am PST will go out same day, Monday-Friday. All order after 11am PST will be processed the next business day, Monday-Friday.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not include shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, you must return 5 of the 10 powder stick packs in the original packaging with your return merchandise authorization number. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to send it back to us for the refund. To start a return, you can contact us at info@natureclear.com. Please note that returns will need to be pre-approved. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
