Shipt is a membership-based grocery delivery service. Shipt members fill their digital grocery carts on the app or on the website and can expect to get groceries in as little as one hour.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply. T&C added: Members will only earn rewards on first orders and delivered orders.

Shipt offers

Shipping Policy
Members can place an order for same-day delivery at their convenience. Delivery windows are determined by shopper availability, and the next available window will be listed in the Shipt app when you create your order. Depending on the retailer, you may see options for either a 1-hour- delivery window, a 2-hour delivery window, or an all-day delivery window, meaning your shopper will deliver any time between the indicated hours, for example, 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Shoppers with Shipt are available whenever the store is open. For some stores that means you can get delivery 24 hours a day!.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you have any issues with an item on your order or would like to return, you can contact us through the app: Go to Your Orders, Find the order with the item you want to return, Tap Any feedback on the items?, Tap Issue for each damaged item, Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like. Our support team will promptly send you a follow-up email. You have up to 7 days to report an issue with your order.
