Shipping Policy
We ship from two warehouses close to the coasts so that we can cut down on the distance your package travels and ensure that it gets to your door as soon as you need it. Customers on the coasts will typically receive shipments 1-3 business days after their order has been placed. Customers further inland can typically expect to receive packages within 2-4 business days. Unfortunately, at this time, we can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outer US territories. We hope to change that as soon as possible!.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
For reasons of health and safety, we do not currently accept returns. However, packages that are lost, stolen, defective, or damaged in the mail may be eligible for replacement. Customers must report a package as missing 4 days from the delivery date to info@plantpaper.us.
