Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Rokform offers

Shipping Policy
We offer free ground parcel shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $45 via USPS and free FedEx Express 2-Day shipping for orders all contiguous U.S. orders over $79. All orders ship within 1 business day however most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship the same business day.

Payment Policy
We accept American Express, ApplePay, Diners Club, Discover, MetaPay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo and Visa.

Return Policy
Rokform accepts returns within sixty calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser. Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to the Company within 60 calendar days of the product having been delivered. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging.
