Shipping Policy
We ship Monday 9am-Friday 3pm CST. Our policy is that orders ship out within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to go out same day. Our shipping facility is closed on weekends and we do not ship on holidays. Your shipment will be shipped from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO. Charge on your credit card statement and on your receipt will say "Heal from Within, LLC". Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours of receipt of package.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If for any reason you believe the product you received is defective, please contact PhytoLogica Customer Service within 30 days of purchase date. You will be offered either a full refund of that product or have a replacement product shipped to you at no cost. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to Salus Nutraceuticals, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order.
