MyFonts will issue a refund only in cases where (i) the font software does not meet the limited warranty set forth in the End User License Agreement (EULA) associated with your purchase, (ii) the problem is reported to help@myfonts.com (ALT to warranty@monotype.com) within the Warranty Period as set forth in such EULA, and (iii) the problem with the font cannot be resolved by us with reasonable efforts.
