Shipping Policy
For our US customers, you can expect your order in 2-5 business days. For our friends outside the US, shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks so we always recommend ordering in bulk. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you follow along on its journey to your destination.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
In order for a refund to be processed, a request must be sent to our Customer Support team at hi@detoxorganics.com. If you’re shipping unopened products back to us, please include your name, order number, and email address with the return package. Without it, we will not be able to identify your return to process a refund. We do not require you to send any opened product back to us because, well, it’s unsanitary.
