Shipping Policy
Premium quality can't be rushed. For this reason, the production of your high-quality custom Falco Holster takes its time. Our staff at www.falcoholsters.com appreciates your patience and even though we are unable to speed up the production process for you, we put an effort into getting the packages to you as fast as possible after they are finished. That is why we use Federal Express. In-Stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from ordering. Due to the Christmas season, our lead times will be extended up to 3-4 weeks for all orders placed after December the 12th.

Tax Policy
When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Return Policy
The 30 Days Buy Back applies to all the products purchased through falcoholsters.com. All you need to do is submit a Return request within 30 days from the date of receipt and send the merchandise to us. You will be issued a store credit ASAP after we receive the product from you. To ease the whole process, please keep in mind the following when return shipping: Ship in the original product packaging, in as-new condition. Ship with proof of purchase of the product (invoice).
