Return Policy
In the unfortunate event that you need or decide to stop a project for any reason, we will continue to provide continuity of service through the end of the subscription term unless you cancel the subscription. Examples include but are not limited to orders placed in error, natural disasters, changes in budgets, business strategy, ownership, etc. If you choose to cancel subscription services within 3 business days of purchase, an account credit may be issued as long as work on the subscription, including onboarding, has not yet commenced. Account credits may be used for future service or filing fees. If you choose to cancel a subscription 4 or more business days after purchase, any remaining service term is forfeited with immediate effect.
