Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, and type of shipping service you specify: (Ground, Next Day, Second Day). The flat rate shipping fee structure is as follows: $12.99 for orders $100.00 and under, $19.99 for orders between $100.01 and $250.00, and $24.99 for orders between $250.01 and $500.00. Orders over $500.00 use standard shipping rates. This offer applies to small pack items up to 50 lb using standard ground shipping and excludes large boxes or items, expedited freight, special delivery services, products shipped via truck, and oversized shipments.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returned merchandise is also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Global inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items.
