All orders will be shipped by FedEx standard ground. Oversized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different freight carrier and may require scheduling for delivery. For those orders we recommend you call us directly for a shipping quote. For Alaska & Hawaii orders please e-mail us for a shipping quote info@campchef.com. Presently, we do not offer international shipping and are unable to drop ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses. After we receive your order please allow up to 5 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 14 days for FedEx to deliver to your address.
During checkout we verify your zip code in order to access taxes if required by your state. Please note this tax during the checkout process. Future government legislation my require changes to when and how sales tax is calculated for a given online order. You have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request. Once you receive the return authorization information (which you must call in to obtain) you can return the product according to the instructions for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping to and from.
