Shipping Policy
CarBahn uses United Parcel Service (UPS) as its standard carrier. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are added to the invoice and are the consumer’s responsibility. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost. Actual shipping charges may vary from checkout estimates and will be specified on the CarBahn invoice and confirmation email.

Tax Policy
All applicable fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo.

Return Policy
New, unused, and unopened parts can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Product must be in the original manufacturer’s box, sent freight prepaid. Parts not eligible for return include clearance items, factory-refurbished items, broken box items, and made-to-order items. Special order items (made to order) cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless there’s a valid warranty issue. Products showing signs of excessive age, abuse, improper handling, missing items, or unauthorized modification may be rejected and subject to an inspection fee, regardless of age. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Dealer must pay shipping to return product. Returns Drop Shipped directly from a third party supplier are subject to their return policy.
