Shipping Policy
Currently, Bryte ships within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii). The length of time from shipment to delivery varies based on location and product availability. You will receive a confirmation email after you order with information about shipping estimates. On average, we estimate the delivery timing to take 2-3 weeks after the mattress ships. Our delivery and installation service includes in-room delivery, assembly and setup of your bed.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Affirm, and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Please note that it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to your new Bryte Balance mattress and if you have any questions, we are just a call, text or email away. If you would still like to proceed with a return, please contact us at hello@bryte.com or call/text us at 844.420.1018 and we will guide you through the return process. Customers will be issued a full refund for their purchase but may have to pay for the cost of shipping.
