Return Policy
Day 6 bicycles offer numerous features that make returns rare, but they may still be necessary at times. If you choose not to keep your Day 6, several options are available. You can return the bicycle to Day 6 within 15 days in new, unused condition, ensuring the original box is kept for returning the bike. If the bike is assembled, it must be professionally disassembled and repackaged, with the customer responsible for both repackaging and shipping. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and any damage to the bike will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No COD returns are accepted. For returns within 30 days in used, like-new condition, the same requirements apply, but a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Additionally, damage will be evaluated case by case. Often, the bike shop that assembled the bike can assist by placing the bike on their floor for sale, and Day 6 will provide a 100% refund, less original shipping and assembly costs. If delivery is refused, Day 6 will charge a fee of $120 for small and large non-electric bikes, $160 for small and large electric bikes, and $250 for Samsons and size XL bikes to cover shipping costs.
