For activities with a conditional cancellation policy, check the cancellation terms on the Activity Page or your voucher in the Bookings section. If your booking meets the conditions, contact customer support for assistance. If your activity has a no-cancellation policy, no refunds or cancellations will be provided, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
