Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 48 hours from time of order confirmation. Expect 2-7 days for local delivery. International may take up to 14 days. The preferred carrier is USPS.

Tax Policy
Import duties and VAT may apply depending on your country of residence/delivery.

Return Policy
Our return policy will provide you a credit if, after several applications within your first 30 days, the product does not appear to be giving you the results that you want. Customers who purchase products from NIUCOCO’s website may return them by mail within thirty (30) days of the delivery if unsatisfied. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases, must be returned. Email us at info@niucoco.com for further details with the subject item “return.” We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEX for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
