Shipping Policy
Currently, products sold on the Cristel USA website can be delivered to all fifty states, Canada, and Mexico. There is an average processing time of 2-3 business days, then an additional 2-5 business days of transit time within the contiguous United States. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. An email containing tracking information will be sent to you when your order has shipped.

Return Policy
Please notify us immediately of any issues with your order. We can be reached at the address below: customerservice@cristelusa.com. If after communicating with our customer service team, within 7 days of receipt, your order is deemed non-satisfactory, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
