Shipping Policy
We currently offer free shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses at this time. Typically, it takes 1-4 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your e-bike. Please note that any delivery dates provided by HAOQI are estimates and may be subject to change.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB), Affirm, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Return Policy
After your E-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact vip@haoqiebike.com to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from HAOQI.
