Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping for every Customer. Depending on the volume and weight of the package, items may be delivered through FedEx, USPS, LTL, and more, the delivery time will vary accordingly. However, you will receive an email once the item is shipped, the order status can be tracked until delivery through a link in the email. Orders sent via FedEx or UPS would be delivered on average 3-5 business days after items are shipped out. Orders sent via a Freight Carrier (LTL) would be delivered on average 1-2 weeks after items are shipped out.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB), Klarna, and PayPal.

Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resealable condition within 30 days of receipt, at our sole discretion. Once the transaction has been verified and the return/exchange approved, we will send a return label, and you need to arrange the return within 14 days. For returns not due to quality problems, a 20% restocking fee (which includes return shipping fee, restocking fee, etc.) will be deducted. Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: clearance items, final sale items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear after delivery.
