Shipping Policy
Town Appliance proudly offers free nationwide In-Home Delivery on most appliances, with no order minimum in select areas. For orders below $999 in certain areas, a $99 delivery fee may apply. For orders above $999, we provide free Threshold Delivery in most areas, with an option to upgrade to In-Home Delivery. Delivery eligibility and pricing may vary based on location, so please enter your zip code during checkout to check for free delivery.

We accept most major Debit and Credit cards.

Return Policy
Townappliance.com offers a 30-Day Return Policy from the date the merchandise ships. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse. We do, however, have restocking fees 25% for unopened appliances, 50% for opened appliances, and no returns for the used appliances. To process a return please reach out to our customer service via phone or email.
