Shipping Policy
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Return Policy
New, unworn items can be exchanged within 60 days. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit. Please reach out to our customer service if you wish to return an order.
