Shipping Policy
We ship throughout the US and Canada, including Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and overseas military bases. If you live outside of North America, you can still get our spices delivered. We've partnered with Stackry for international shipments. We typically ship all orders within 2-3 business days from our warehouse. If you selected free shipping, your order will arrive in 2–5 days from the time it was shipped. Shipping in the US is free on $45+ orders, or a flat rate of $7.99 on orders under $45. Shipping to Canada is free on $100 orders, or a flat rate of $40 for orders under $100.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
If you're not happy with your spices, please contact us and we'll make it right. We will do our best to provide a refund and/or replacement for damaged or incorrect items. In most cases, we will not ask you to return the spices back to us.
