Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. When the order is placed, you can only give one shipping address so all returning boxes (and the initial empty boxes) will be shipped to that address. To ensure that there are no mix-ups and/or mistakes, we cannot offer to have boxes shipped to different addresses than what is listed on the initial order.
