Shipping Policy
In the contiguous U.S., ground shipping is free for orders above $99, while orders under $99 incur a $5.99 fee; Second Day Air shipping costs $19.95, and Next Day Air shipping costs $29.95. Ground shipping is free for orders above $99 when using a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address, while orders under $99 incur a $5.99 shipping fee. We are unable to expedite orders shipped via USPS, and shipments may take longer than expected. UPS deliveries are on business days only and exclude weekends and/or holidays. We are unable to change/alter the address inputted during checkout.

Return Policy

Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it. All new items may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. All Certified Pre-Owned items may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date. All items sold by Ashford are 100% brand new unless they are clearly described as “Certified Pre-Owned.”.
