Shipping Policy
Ben Bridge Jeweler will ship merchandise to United States addresses, United States P.O. Box, US Embassy / Military APO or FPO addresses. We cannot ship international orders at this time. Home or Business shipments within the USA will be sent through the service of United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and UPS. Order processing time is between 7-10 business days.

Return Policy
Ben Bridge is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchases or gifts. If an item does not work out, we will happily refund an eligible purchase. Eligible items must be returned within 90 days of purchase (30 days for watches and Pandora) in their original packaging with original certifications when applicable. Items that have been sized, engraved, worn, modified, or are special orders cannot be returned.
