Shipping Policy
We offer a choice of 3 delivery options within the United States (Ground, 2-Day and Next Day). All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We offer Free Ground shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states only. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories will vary. Shipping charges will be based on the weight of the items ordered and shipping destination. Return Policy
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your Baobab Collection products. However, if this is not the case, you can return the item or items by following the procedure below. You have a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your items to us. They must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The transport costs will be borne by you. We will therefore deduct these costs when making the reimbursement.
