Shipping Policy
Please note that shipping timelines do not include processing time. Your ropes will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. At this time we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please understand that our packages are usually too large so it often causes issues with delivery.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Shop Pay and PayPal.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the length of your ropes or if jumping rope is not the right fit, we extend a 60 Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. A prepaid return label is generated when an online request is submitted.
