Shipping Policy
We ship to the Continental United States only. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or DHL, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method available. Orders are shipped from our facility in Dallas, Texas. Delivery times vary based on your geographic location within the Continental U.S. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 3 business days.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
Zero Technologies, LLC warrants the ZeroWater® Dispenser, Pitcher, Bottle Filtration System, Travel Bottle and TDS Meter to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase, when used in compliance with the Owner's Manual. Zero Technologies, LLC warrants its filters to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase, when used in compliance with the Owner's Manual. During this 30-day period, if you discover a manufacturing defect in your filter, we will replace free of charge (minus shipping costs).
