Shipping Policy
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options - to stay up to date on progress, please subscribe to our newsletter. We offer USPS ground shipping to PO Boxes. Please note expeditated shipping does not apply to PO Box addresses. We use FedEx for all 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping. Free ground shipping may be shipped using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If you need a specific carrier for ground shipping, please reach out to the Customer Service team upon placing your order at customerservice@duckworthco.com. All orders over $159 qualify for free ground shipping.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal and Sezzle.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must 1) be in their original condition (unwashed, no hair/dirt), 2) have the hang tags still attached and 3) be neatly folded and packaged. We cannot accommodate returns for opened briefs.
