Shipping Policy
Please note that shipping estimates below include production times. Photo books, cards and calendars take 1-2 business days to process and print.

Tax Policy
We are required by state law to charge sales tax on goods that are transported to the states listed below (with their respective tax rates) as a result of recent sales tax registration.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not offer PayPal option and do not accept personal checks or cashier's checks at the moment.

Return Policy
At Mixbook, we pride ourselves on loving our customers. And, our job isn’t done until we know you love your project. That’s why we offer 100% happiness guaranteed, and we mean it. If you don’t love your Mixbook order, let us know at hello@mixbook.com or contact us via Live Chat. If we can’t make it better, we’ll refund your order. We also offer credit to be used towards subsequent Mixbook purchases as an alternative to a refund.
