Shipping Policy
We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. We may not deliver to certain places or need extra shipping. Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR. In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero). 15 to 30 days of receipt: full refund; Buyers pay the return shipping fee ($200 for each bike, $280 for Brawn, $400 for Hero); Another 20% of the order amount will be charged as the restocking fee.
