Shipping Policy
We ship to all 48 Contiguous United States - street address required. As of September 2024 we are no longer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US FPO/APO addresses. Shipping to most PO boxes in the 48 states is possible, but additional charges may apply. We offer free shipping on all orders $49 and over in the lower 48-states, with a street address*. There is a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order below $49. So go ahead and add that extra bag of treats to your order - you'll save the $5.95 shipping cost.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), and PayPal.

Return Policy
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. As a policy, Only Natural Pet does not cover the cost of return shipping. However, you are welcome to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you.
