After the order is paid, it takes 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information. If you place an order during the weekend, there will be a one-day delay in order processing. Free shipping is provided in most areas. Some remote and outlying areas need to pay shipping costs. We ship to most parts of the United States(Including Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Shipping Costs: Free shipping to most areas in the US. Return Policy
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in Ocoopa’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
