Rue La La has partnered with Borderfree and eShopWorld to ship orders internationally. Working with Borderfree and eShopWorld allows us to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our non-U.S. customers, with the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout, and no hidden fees. When you place an international order on Rue La La, your transaction will be with Borderfree or eShopWorld, but your Rue La La Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you with your customer service needs.

Tax Policy
International taxes, tariffs (or duties), and value-added tax (VAT) are calculated at checkout (and will be included in the order total). They are based on the purchased items country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that item in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that Borderfree and eShopWorld support. VAT rates are set by the destination country.

Return Policy
In the instance that the carrier was unable to locate your address or was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to the Borderfree or eShopWorld hub by your local carrier at their discretion. Please note some carriers may take up to 6 weeks to return the shipment back to the U.S. Once received our team will be notified and then your refund will be processed. Depending on your country, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the undeliverable package to be returned to the U.S for a refund.
