Shipping Policy
All of our slimes are hand-made with love and care which makes our processing time 3 - 5 business days. Your order will ship to addresses in the US within 5 - 7 business days. For Canada and Puerto Rico please allow additional days at customs. Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
We accept returns of apparel in new condition within 14 days for an exchange for a different size. Please contact us as orders@sloomooinstitute.com. Slimes are made fresh for you and may not be returned. We want you to be satisfied, however, so please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery if you have a problem with your order.
