Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed there is a normal 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) order processing (handling) time. Orders are then shipped via the shipping method chosen at check-out. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Free Shipping is only available within the US. Orders should arrive in 5-7 business days after the standard Processing / Handling Time noted above. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 3 – 5 days. For items shipping internationally, shipping rates and options vary and are too numerous to list. These orders will be presented with the available options at checkout.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
All Engage and Omega Pickleball paddles must be registered within the first 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy, which is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase required (bank and credit card statements are accepted). Paddles purchased directly from the Engage Sporting website (engagepickleball.com, omegapickleball.com, engagesporting.com) are automatically registered, while those bought through an Authorized Dealer or Online Portal (such as Amazon) must be manually registered to qualify for warranty coverage.
