Shipping Policy
Rates for Continental US only. Additional surcharges may apply to heavy/oversized items. Call for express delivery options. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada must call 800-880-2913 to place your order. Shipments to zip codes 025-026, 100-119 and 200-212 are subject to additional surcharges by the freight carrier. A truck shipment can be delivered freight collect. Freight collect orders must be identified at time of order.

Tax Policy
Sales tax must be charged on orders shipped to Texas, California, New Jersey, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, Washington and Florida.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Return Policy
Powr-Flite is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your order and the order experience. If it is necessary to return an item, a Return Authorization Number (RA) must be obtained prior to returning the item. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.
