Shipping Policy
Accompany works directly with artisans around the world. While most global goods ship from our headquarters in New York, select products might come directly from the workshop itself. In either case, orders are processed within 2 business days (usually faster), and dispatched to you as soon as available. Most goods ship within 5 business days and are delivered to destinations within the continuous 48 United States within 10 business days. Custom orders, large quantity, and any orders coming from multiple locations might be shipped later or in multiple packages, at our discretion.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
Accompany will gladly refund purchases within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
