Shipping of your custom product(s) with few exceptions take between 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. Our Quick Ship branded products usually ship within 5 business days depending on the current supply and demand of the product. We do not ship outside of the US. Our vendors are not set up for international sales and shipping.

Since window treatments are custom and made to fit your windows only, they are not returnable unless they are in need of warranty repair.
