Shipping Policy
All orders placed online are processed within 3-4 business days and generally arrive in 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) thereafter. Some smaller packages may ship via USPS. All delivery dates are subject to carrier holidays. Our carriers only deliver from Monday - Friday (excluding official holidays). Orders are shipped in as few shipments as possible. For multiple shipments, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-902-4384. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may result in additional charges, in which case, Customer Service will contact you for approval prior to shipping.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Items purchased at www.charbroil.com may be returned in original unused condition within 30 days of purchase for refund to the original form of payment. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for refusing shipment or returning an item for any reason other than damage or misshipment.
