Shipping Policy
Economy shipping to all 50 states is offered via FedEx SmartPost at the published rate. Economy shipping with be the only shipping option available when shipping to U.S. PO Box addresses. Orders selecting USPS Economy shipping will ship via FedEx and be handed off to USPS for final delivery. Be advised that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will experience extended transit times beyond the delivery estimates provided.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Afterpay and Shop Pay.

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased online at MerleNorman.com can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the Price of the Product and any applicable taxes. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less cost of return shipping.
