Shipping Policy
Once your package has been picked up from our warehouse, shipping will take these estimated times to be delivered: US Standard Shipping: Ground 2-5 Business Days. USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days. International Shipping: 3-5 Business Days. Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority. Priority Shipping: UPS Express or USPS Priority Mail. Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only. We ship to P.O. boxes with both our Standard and Priority shipping methods.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If there is an error or damage on our part, please email us at hello@plumpaper.com within 7 business days so we can remedy the problem. For all non-customized items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. If the item is eligible for a return, we will assist you in the process of sending your item back to us. All items must be returned in like-new condition with their original packaging. Planner Discs can only be returned if unopened. Returns must be received at, or post-marked en route to, our warehouse within 30 days after initial delivery.
