Shipping Policy
For Standard, normal delivery time for shipments to the 48 contiguous U.S. states for in stock items is 3-7 business days via ground service. For Expedited and Premium, priority handling is available for an additional charge. U.S. deliveries only. In stock items only. PO Box addresses will ship USPS. APO/FPO Box addresses will ship USPS. Expedited or Premium service is required for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please allow 4-6 weeks. For Canada, all orders are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only. Canadian delivery charges include all taxes and fees for delivery to the customer's door.
Tax Policy
Merchandise and delivery charges are subject to state and local taxes for shipments to NY, NJ and PA. Merchandise ONLY is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to CA and MA. Merchandise and Delivery charges are subject to tax on merchandise shipped to the following states: CO, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI. Merchandise ONLY is subject to state and local tax in all states not noted above.

Return Policy
For nearly two centuries, Pfaltzgraff has provided quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund. Sale and clearance merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
