Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more and will be applied at checkout. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed, though holidays and inclement weather may cause delays of 1-2 additional business days. During the shipping vendor's peak season, particularly the week of December 10th, further delays may occur. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote areas in the continental US may also take additional business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Delivery is available within the US, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Return Policy
Hill's Pet Nutrition has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can contact Hill's Customer Service at 1-800-422-4267 or customerservice@hillspet.com for a full refund. Once a refund request has been received, you can dispose of your product. Returns are processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days once initiated.
