Shipping Policy
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day. During high volume periods and inclement weather, your order could be delayed additional days from our normal commitment period of 7-10 business days, but we are working as fast as we can to get your order to you. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on Monday at the earliest. Some items may be sent in separate packages. At this time, Mitzi is only available to ship within the contiguous United States.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
At Mitzi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We will accept returns and exchanges of items that have not been installed and are in their original packaging if (i) the item is returned within 30 days of customer receipt, (ii) a valid proof of purchase is provided, and (iii) items are returned in good condition (unused and uninstalled). We may require pictures of items prior to refund on a case by case basis.
