Boomcupz works with local expert engravers to bring you the best quality to your cup. Choose a standard image or upload your own. Not all images are suitable for laser engraving and often need to be tweaked by our designers. Within 48 hours of submission, you should receive an email with an image for your approval. Engraving adds 7-10 business days to your shipping time. Express shipping will need to add 5-7 business days to their shipping time to allow for the engraving process.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Return Policy
Boomcupz has a 14-day return policy which begins the day you receive your product. If you would like to return your item, it must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and unaltered in any respect.
