From our foundation in swimwear, the ROXY store is exclusively for girls and features technical surf wear, wetsuits, snow outerwear, base layers, snowboards, beach clothes for women, surf clothing, girl swimsuits, surf clothes, bikinis, boardshorts, women’s active and women’s fitness wear, including yoga and running products, beachwear and beach accessories, dresses, knits, sweaters, denim, footwear, boots, sandals (including flips flops), shorts, cover ups, fleece tees, Lycra and sun protection products.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Enjoy free standard shipping when you place your order online. Valid for United States delivery addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, USPS P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS Priority, and Canada via Purolator. Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Typically, items leave our warehouse within 2 business days and arrive 3-8 business days after they have shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tax Policy
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Canada. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, items purchased with Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to the states mentioned above.

Return Policy
We will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of purchase. Women’s swimwear must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached.
