Shipping Policy
The shipping time varies depending on the product's availability. The estimated shipping time is displayed when you place an order on the Creality Store. Typically, your products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Bundle products might be shipped in multiple packages, so please note that each package may have different delivery times. Orders within North America are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or ePacket, depending on the weight and size of the product. Currently, we do not ship to remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we are planning to expand our delivery options to these regions in the future.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Klarna, JCB and Paypal.

Return Policy
Within 14 calendar days from the next day after receipt. Before the order is shipped, customers can contact customer service to cancel the order, and refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within a week. If the order has been shipped and logistics interception fails, when customers request order cancellation, they need to wait for the rejected product to return to the warehouse for inspection before the refund is processed (completed within one week).
