Shipping Policy
We ship throughout the continental U.S., the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Timeframes are calculated by business days (Monday to Friday), with Saturday delivery available for an additional fee. Orders placed before 3pm Monday thru Friday that are in stock will ship that day.

Return Policy
Jewelry can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, certain items are restricted to a 10-day return window for online purchases only; these include watches, watch straps, and both mounted or unmounted loose diamonds. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition and cannot have custom engraving or sizing.
